“I’m not sure where to begin with this review, because putting this level of excellence into words is quite a daunting task. I will start with the dentists and staff. Dr. John and Dr. Sara are the best of the best. The level of care they provide for their patients is unlike any other I have experienced before. Not only are they masters of their craft, but they have also mastered the art of the doctor/patient relationship. I have never had so much trust in a dentist or practice. You truly feel as though they are on your side, and they make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the service they provide. The front desk staff, assistants, and hygienists are all incredible.
They welcome you with warmth and compassion from the moment you walk in the door. Really and truly I can’t express in words the experience I have had at this incredible office. They are one of a kind and keep you smiling throughout your appointment. At one of my recent appointments I said to Dr. Gotwalt, “You know, I’ve never had this much fun at the dentist before.” His response, “Believe it or not you aren’t the first person that has said that!” I believe every word!
